RALEIGH, N.C. – Eric Tulsky, General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has signed defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere to a three-year, $9.6 million contract. The deal will pay Gostisbehere an average-annual value (AAV) of $3.2 million through 2026-27.
