RALEIGH, NC – The Carolina Hurricanes will hold the 20th annual Caniac Carnival on Sunday, Sept. 29 at PNC Arena. The event will offer fans free admission to the Hurricanes’ final game of the 2019-20 preseason against the Washington Capitals, free parking and discounts on select food and beverage items.
