RALEIGH, NC – The National Hockey League’s Department of Player Safety announced today that Carolina Hurricanes rightwing Kevin Westgarth has been suspended without pay for two games for boarding Ottawa Senators defenseman Mark Borowiecki during Sunday’s game at PNC Arena.
