RALEIGH, NC – Jim Rutherford, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has placed forwards Radek Dvorak and Jeff Skinner on injured reserve. Dvorak’s placement on injured reserve is retroactive to Oct. 25, and Skinner’s is retroactive to Oct. 24.
