News Release: Canes Alumni to replace stolen gifts for Army family

RALEIGH, NCShane Willis, Youth and Amateur Hockey Coordinator and Carolina Hurricanes alumnus, will visit Fort Bragg on Thursday, Dec. 22, to deliver holiday presents to a military family who had their gifts stolen, just weeks before Christmas. Hurricanes mascot Stormy and representatives from the Hurricanes’ Community Relations department will assist Willis in delivering the presents, which were purchased by members of the Carolina Hurricanes Alumni Association.
