CREDENTIALS

CREDENTIAL POLICY

Media credentials will be issued to working media only. All credentials are non-transferable, and any unauthorized use will subject the credential bearer to removal from Lenovo Center and confiscation of the credential. Credentials allow access to the press box and media meal located on the fifth floor of Lenovo Center, as well as the media workroom and both locker rooms (for postgame availabilities) located on Arena Level.

Media credentials are divided into two categories: full-season and single-game. Full-season media passes will be issued to recognized newspapers, magazines, TV and radio stations and established websites by completing the credential application which can be found below. Media credentials may not be used to watch the game from spectator seating areas.

SINGLE-GAME CREDENTIALS

Scouts and media member who do not have full-season credentials should email their single-game credential requests to Freddy Stanley at freddys@carolinahurricanes.com and Madison White at madisonw@carolinahurricanes.com at least 24 hours prior to puck drop.

Still photographers receiving single-game credentials for the first time should reach out to team photographer Josh Lavallee at joshl@carolinahurricanes.com for information regarding shooting locations and protocols.

Beginning two and a half hours prior to puck drop, single-game credentials may be picked up from the media entrance located on the north side of the Lenovo Center at the north security entrance by the loading dock. Please note that doors may open earlier for media during the playoffs. Parking is available for media in the North 4000 lot, which can be seen on the Lenovo Center parking map here. Full-season parking passes are not required for media with single-game credentials, although you may be asked by a parking attendant to present work ID or a previous single-game credential to gain access to the lot.

FULL-SEASON CREDENTIALS

Please use the form below to apply for full-season credentials to cover Carolina Hurricanes games at Lenovo Center for the 2025-26 season. The deadline to apply for a full-season credential is Friday, September 12, 2025.

ALL MEDIA WISHING TO OBTAIN A FULL-SEASON CREDENTIAL MUST SUBMIT AN INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION. No blanket submissions with multiple names from one outlet will be accepted. Hurricanes, Lenovo Center and NHL policies do not allow for nameless credentials to be issued to media outlets, so each full-season credential must be issued to a named person representing or employed by a recognized media outlet.

If you had a full-season credential in 2024-25, please indicate whether you would like to use the same photo on your credential in 2024-25. If you would like to update your photo, or if you did not previously have a full-season credential, please email a .jpg file to Madison White at madisonw@carolinahurricanes.com upon completing this application. Professional head shots work best, but straight-on head shots from most modern smart phones will suffice. Please ensure that your entire face is visible (i.e. no hats, masks, sunglasses).
