RALEIGH, N.C. – Eric Tulsky, General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has recalled defensemen Joel Nystrom and Ronan Seeley from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League (AHL) on an emergency basis.
