RALEIGH, N.C. – Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has assigned forward Bobby Orr (Gatineau – Quebec Major Junior Hockey League), defensemen Bryce Montgomery (London – Ontario Hockey League) and goaltender Jakub Vondras (HC Plzen U20 – Czech-Jr.) to their respective junior teams.
