RALEIGH, N.C. – Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, announced today that forward Jamieson Rees underwent meniscal surgery on his right knee on Tuesday. The procedure was performed by Dr. Joe Barker at Raleigh Orthopaedic, and Rees is expected to miss four to six weeks.
