GAME 1 SCHEDULED FOR 5 P.M. ON SUNDAY

RALEIGH, N.C. – Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that Game 1 of the Second Round of the 2021 Stanley Cup Playoffs will be played on Sunday, May 30 at 5 p.m. Carolina will face the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Second Round, marking the first time the franchises have ever met in the postseason. The Hurricanes’ 2021 postseason is presented by DieHard.
