HURRICANES MEDIA DAY TO BE HELD SEPT. 4

RALEIGH, NC – The Carolina Hurricanes will hold their 2019 Media Day on Wednesday, Sept. 4, beginning at noon. The event will include lunch, interviews with select players and the Jim Connors Media Cup ball hockey game. The event will be held at PNC Arena. Media planning to attend Media Day and/or play in the ball hockey game are asked to RSVP via their 2019-20 Hurricanes season credential application, available by clicking here, or at http://CanesPR.com on the right side under the PAGES header.

From noon until 1 p.m., Hurricanes players and team personnel will be available for on- and off-camera interviews in the Media Room and Interview Lounge. During this time, lunch will be served to all media in attendance.

The opening faceoff of the Jim Connors Media Cup ball hockey game will take place at approximately 1:15 p.m. Media wishing to play in the ball hockey game need to indicate so on their 2019-20 season credential application available at http://CanesPR.com. Media not playing in the ball hockey game are welcome to stay and enjoy the end-to-end action on the floor of PNC Arena.
