RALEIGH, NC – Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has acquired a second-round pick in the 2019 NHL Draft and a conditional third-round selection in the 2020 NHL Draft from the New York Rangers in exchange for the rights to defenseman Adam Fox.
