RALEIGH, NC – The Carolina Hurricanes today announced that the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation has donated a total of $450,000 in cash grants to 25 local nonprofits and youth hockey organizations in North Carolina throughout the 2018-19 season. This grant cycle brings the Foundation and team’s donation totals to more than $15 million in cash grants and in-kind services since 1997. The Foundation will celebrate its 2018-19 grant cycle recipients at the Hurricanes’ game on Thursday at PNC Arena against the Washington Capitals.
