POWER PLAY PROGRAM RETURNS FOR SECOND SEASON

RALEIGH, NC – The Carolina Hurricanes’ Power Play program, presented by Novo Nordisk, will return for its second season on Oct. 1. The youth health and fitness program, which launched last season with the Wake County Public School System, will now include schools from Chatham County Schools and Durham Public Schools, in addition to Wake County. The purpose of the program is to help educate and encourage students on the importance of leading healthy lifestyles and demonstrating proper physical fitness routines and techniques.
