READVOLUTION PROGRAM BEGINS TODAY

RALEIGH, NC – The Carolina Hurricanes’ READvolution program, presented by the United Way of the Greater Triangle, will return for its second season beginning today. READvolution, which launched last season with the Wake County Public School System, is designed to increase child literacy amongst elementary school students. This season, READvolution will expand to include Chatham County Schools and Durham Public Schools, in addition to the Wake County Public School System. Carolina Hurricanes captain Justin Williams is the spokesman for the program this season and is featured in the PSA and kickoff videos.
