RALEIGH, NC – Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has acquired forward Cliff Pu, Buffalo’s second-round selection in the 2019 NHL Draft and Buffalo’s third- and sixth-round selections in the 2020 NHL Draft in exchange for forward Jeff Skinner.
