‘CANES AND WCPSS INTRODUCE POWER PLAY PROGRAM

RALEIGH, NC – As part of the Carolina Hurricanes’ 20th Anniversary Season in North Carolina, the Hurricanes and the Wake County Public School System have introduced a new youth health and fitness program in Wake County Middle Schools called the Power Play Program presented by Novo Nordisk. The purpose of the program is to help educate students on the importance of leading healthy lifestyles and demonstrating proper physical fitness routines and techniques.
