RALEIGH, NC – Ron Francis, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has activated defenseman Jakub Nakladal (YA-kuhb nahk-LA-dahl) from the non-roster list. Nakladal signed a free-agent contract with Carolina on Oct. 9, and was on the non-roster list to start the season, pending immigration.
