FRANCIS, MacDONALD TO MEET MEDIA ON THURSDAY

RALEIGH, NC – Ron Francis, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, and Tony MacDonald, the team’s Director of Amateur Scouting, will be available to the local media on Thursday at 12 p.m. to discuss the 2016 NHL Draft, which takes place from June 24-25 at the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, NY.

The Hurricanes currently hold 10 picks in the 2016 Draft, including two in the first round and seven of the top 75 selections.
