BRIND’AMOUR TO PARTICIPATE IN BIKE CHALLENGE

RALEIGH, NC – Carolina Hurricanes assistant coach Rod Brind’Amour will be among 250 cyclists participating in the Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic’s 24-Hour Bike Challenge beginning today, Friday, Aug. 15 at 5 p.m., and concluding on Saturday at 5 p.m., at EXOS Athlete’s Performance at Raleigh Orthopaedic, located at 2400 Summer Blvd. in Raleigh.  Riders bike in teams to complete 24 consecutive hours of stationary cycling at the event, which benefits the Carolina Hurricanes Kids ‘N Community Foundation. Last year, the event raised $25,542 for the Foundation.
