RALEIGH, NC – Ron Francis, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has signed forward Greg Nemisz (NEH-mihtz) to a one-year, two-way contract. The deal will pay Nemisz $600,000 in the NHL or $100,000 in the American Hockey League (AHL) for the 2014-15 season, with a guarantee of at least $125,000.
