HURRICANES ACTIVATE JEFF SKINNER

RALEIGH, NC – Jim Rutherford, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has activated forward Jeff Skinner from injured reserve. Skinner is eligible to play for the Hurricanes tonight at Detroit. The team also placed forward Alexander Semin on injured reserve with a concussion sustained in the team’s game at St. Louis on Nov. 16.
