RALEIGH, NC – The National Hockey League today announced that Carolina Hurricanes forward Jiri Tlusty has been named its Third Star of the Week for the week ending Feb. 17. The New York Islanders’ John Tavares and the Anaheim Ducks’ Viktor Fasth were named first and second stars, respectively.
