RALEIGH, NC – Jim Rutherford, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, will be available to the media at PNC Arena on Sunday, July 1, at approximately 2 p.m. ET, following the opening of NHL free agency. Please note that Rutherford’s availability may be pushed back depending on the team’s activities on Sunday.

As the free-agency period opens at noon on Sunday, media are invited to work in the PNC Arena’s fourth floor conference room prior to of Rutherford’s availability. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
